We had to get creative to get this one under contract…so that`s what we did. Ongoing construction in another part of this condo complex meant that potential buyers couldn`t get a conforming loan… so we put out the word that my seller was willing to finance a portion of the purchase. I`m pumped for my seller client who was ready to move on, and also for the buyer who I think is getting a great place to get her feet on the ground in CO.
